At Neighborhood Art Studio we offer our party services on Saturdays and Sundays only, excepting major holidays and studio events, with three available time slots. These time slots are 9:30-11:00AM, 12:00-1:30PM, 2:30-4:00PM. Contact us today for availability.
Whether you are looking to celebrate with us in the studio, in your home, or DIY your own art party, we have a package that's right for you!
We have a wide variety of customizable art projects to choose from. From canvases to castles, there is sure to be a project perfect for your creative child.
Pair one of our art projects with a
piñata or face painting and you're sure to throw a party your young artist will never forget!

Please submit a PARTY REQUEST FORM or email our Events Manager, Ali at ali.neighborhoodartstudio@gmail.com to start the planning process. You will hear back typically within 48 hours. Be sure to include dates, time slot preferences, project customization ideas or other details in your request.
Once you choose a date and time based on our availability, you will be asked to pay a $100 deposit which will be credited toward the balance of your party.
As early as possible! Parties must be booked at least one week in advance. While we can accommodate some last minute requests your date/time slot options, as well as project and add on options may be limited.
Our birthday party services are available on Saturdays and Sundays with 3 time slots:
9:30AM-11:00AM, 12:00PM-1:30PM and 2:30PM-4:00PM.
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time to settle in and bring in any additional items. We ask that you do not arrive earlier (unless previously arranged for additional fee) as this time is important for your Party Pro to prepare for your party.
Each of our party packages include 10 children participating in the art project. We charge a fee of $17-$19 (depending on the package) for each additional child participating. Younger siblings/other family are welcome to stay on the premises for the party even if they are not doing the project. The total number we can accommodate at one time is 25 children participating in the art project and 45 people total if the party is booked in our large room, and 15 children participating and 30 people total if the party is booked in our small room.
Tiny Artist parties can accommodate fewer total guests because at least one adult must stay with each child participating.
Our events manager will contact you the week before your scheduled party (6-8 days prior) to confirm the number of your participating guests.
We understand things happen and sometimes guests can't attend last minute. The price for the package does not change if there are 10 or fewer guests attending. If the final headcount provided the week leading up to the party is 11 or more, then you will be charged a $9 fee for each no show RSVP over the 10 included participants. Please understand that we prepare time and materials for the full number of guests you provide therefore, we discount the additional child fee but we can't waive it entirely.
Sample of "Package A" scheduled for 12:00PM:
11:45AM-12:00PM Birthday child and family arrive. This is a time for your family to settle in and set up any additional items brought (cupcakes, plates, party favors, etc.).
12:00PM-12:15PM Party guests arrive and can play in our play area while everybody settles in.
12:15PM-1:15PM Art Creation takes place. Our Party Pro welcomes everyone, gives directions and brings materials out in steps to keep the guests engaged.
1:15PM-1:30PM Birthday treat, singing Happy Birthday and photos.
Note: If there is pizza served, a piñata and/or games added, the times above will be adjusted to accommodate the additional activities.

If you anticipate needing more than the 15 minute window before the party start time to setup you may add 15 additional minutes before the party for $35.
When your guests arrive, the parent/guardian will be asked to sign a waiver from allowing their child/children to participate in the activities if the waiver was not filled out online beforehand. The event coordinator will send this waiver to you the Monday before the party to send to your guests. All children attending the party should wear mess friendly clothing and shoes. We provide smocks/aprons but accidents do happen. The studio is a safe place to get messy!
Yes! While not required, it is your Party Pro's goal to make your event as smooth and stress free as possible and tips are highly appreciated. You may tip your Party Pro directly or add it to the total balance when checking out at the end of the party.
