Once you choose a date and time based on our availability, you will be asked to pay a $100 deposit which will be credited toward the balance of your party.
Typically, our birthday parties run on Saturdays and Sundays:
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party to settle in and bring in your additional items.
Please do not arrive earlier (unless previously arranged) as this time is important for your Party Pro to prepare for your party.
There are up to 10 children included in each party package. We charge a small fee of $18-22 (depending on the package you choose) for each additional child. The total number of participating guests we can accommodate at one time is 20 - 25.
Tiny Artist package can accommodate fewer guests as parents are required to stay on premises.
Our Party Planner will contact you the weekend before your scheduled party (6-8 days prior) to confirm the number of your participating guests.
We understand things happen and sometimes guests can't attend last minute. The price for the package does not change if there are fewer than 10 guests attending. But let's say you confirmed for 15 guests participating and only 13 attend the party. You will be charged the full additional fee amount for 3 guests and we will discount the two no-shows by 50%. Please understand that we still prepare for the full number of guests you provide to us therefore, we discount the additional fee but we can't waive it in its entirety.
Sample of "Package A" scheduled for 12:00PM:
11:45AM-12:00PM Birthday child and family arrive. This is a time for your family to settle in and set up any additional items brought (cupcakes, plates, party favors, etc.).
12:00PM-12:15PM Party guests arrive, sign in and can play in our play area while everybody settles in.
12:15PM-1:15PM Art Creation takes place. Our Party Pro welcomes everyone, gives directions and brings materials out in steps to keep the guests engaged.
1:15PM-1:30PM Birthday treat, singing Happy Birthday and photos.
Note: If there is pizza served, a piñata and/or games added, the times above will be adjusted to accommodate the additional activities.
* Birthday treat! We recommend cupcakes or donuts.
* Themed plates, cups, utensils, napkins (this is optional as we provide generic plates and utensils)
* Birthday candle (we have lighters)
- When your guests arrive, the parent/guardian will be asked to sign a waiver from allowing their child/children to participate in the activities.
- All children attending the party should wear mess friendly clothing and shoes. We provide smocks but accidents do happen.
Yes! In fact, we encourage it as our employees work hard to provide your birthday child and their guests with the best experience possible. You may tip your coordinator directly if you have cash or add it to the total balance when checking out at the end of the party.
