About us

Marie is one of our fabulous Art Instructors who started working with our studio in January of 2023. Marie primarily teaches our On-The-Gogh Art Program at Harmony Ridge P-8 in Aurora. She also helps lead our no school day camps and Summer Break camps. Marie loves the family-like vibe that the Neighborhood Art Studio staff fosters. Everyone is willing to help one another as we are all there for the greatest part of all, our young and aspiring artists!

Marie’s hope for our students is that they all walk away with confidence and pride in themselves and their own abilities. She loves teaching them innate skills that she hopes they will continue to develop and grow in the future.

On her days off, you can find Marie painting miniatures from Warhammer 40K, reading, playing video games, drawing, yard work, and cooking a big meal for her family. 

Marie hopes to see your artists this Fall in some of our On-The-Gogh After School programming to have some messy fun while creating some awesome masterpieces!
